The candidate must possess high degree of innovation, ability to work in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team setting, and working with diverse cross functional groups.
Responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of AbCelex’s recombinant antimicrobial antibody production in small scale bioreactors (5-L fermentation vessels)
- Scale-up the recombinant antibody production (80-L fermentation vessel)
- Harvesting the culture and development of downstream processing and protein purification
- Development of analytical methods for characterization of AbCelex’s recombinant antibodies
